life

In Modern Life there are a seemingly endless series of options and avenues. At each turn, life seems to present numerous complications. However, we are often, consciously or unconsciously, yearning for a more simple approach to life. If we can make an effort to bring more simplicity into our lives, we will find many benefits arise.

1. Peace of Mind.

Real peace reside in the mind. If we have numerous anxieties and problems it is not possible to have peace of mind.We should learn to clear the mind and not allow ourselves to be bombarded by an endless, needless thoughts.

2. Living in the present.

Complication in life often arises because we are worrying and planning about the future. We can become so concerned about what may happen tomorrow or next year that we forget to enjoy the present moment. To have one’s focus on the here and now, is to encompass life as it is supposed to be.

3. Less Planning and Thinking

It is good to plan for future. We must do it but keeping in mind that it should not disturb our present..
if we will be doing this, we are bringing our future problems in to our present, which i8n any case is not advisable....

4. Avoiding being Judgmental

It is part of human nature to criticize and judge other people. It is very easy to make a long list of complaints and suggestions about other people. We should know that every person has his/her own  way to think, decide and react to a particular situation.if we can convince them, good, otherwise, what we can do is to bring changes in ourselves.

5. Focus and Achievement

Concentration enables more to achieved. It means that we are focused on one thing at a time. If we perform an action with no distractions then we can fulfill it quicker and with more perfection. Often, being focused, we can actually achieve more than when we juggled several things at once.

6. Simplicity and Beauty.

“The simpler we can become, the sooner we shall reach our destination. A life of simplicity is a life of constant progress. It is in simplicity that we can make the fastest progress, progress which is everlasting.”
More simpler, the more beautiful.. Real, positive, constant  and everlasting beauty is the asset of simple soul, as it perfectly said...........BEAUTY LIES WITHIN........

7. Happiness

Be happy with what we have, do aim to progress in life...but in real sense......Only  Materialistic growth is not the aim of human life, so it can never be a source of true happiness.
The nature of desire is that the more we get the more we want more. However real happiness comes when we are content with what we have and are free of desire.

**DESTINY**

What is your destiny?

"The significant business of your life is alive and well, awaiting discovery, within your very soul. You and I were born to come into ourselves as complete and distinctive persons. Accepting this, we build a valuable life.
What is the significant business of your life? What is your purpose?
Purpose "is more than just having a direction. It is about one's place in the universe. It is the journey of finding that place and being there and living fully whatever that place is.
It is your own unique place that nobody else has, had, or will have."

How would you describe your place in the universe?

"We become powerful in the face of our fears when we have a sense that we make a difference in this world. Affirmations of purpose communicate the truth that we are all meaningful participants in this Universe and that we are worthy of giving and receiving love. Some affirmations of purpose are:
- I know that I count and I act as though I do.
- I spread warmth and love everywhere I go.
- I can be a healing force in the Universe."
"The grand essentials to happiness in this life are something to do, something to love, and something to hope for."

STAGE OF LIFE

LIFE is a BIIIIIIG  stage and we are here to perform our individual roles...

Many of us, if have a vision can perform, according to the script we are given....

Audience ???????????
Audience is not the public or the people around us....
they are merely other artist who are performing for their own....
we should not edit our script according to their wish and just to please them.....

Main audience is our CONSCIOUS  and  the   who is watching our each and every act very minutely
and giving us marks accordinglyyyyyyyy.........

          JSSSST LOVE

** Love can never be so beautiful without friendship, one leads to another and the process is irreversible.....

** Never be afraid to fall in love. It may hurt a lot,it may give you aches and pains, but if you don't follow your heart, in the end you will cry even more for not giving love a chance.....

** Love is like standing on wet cement, the longer you stay the harder it is to leave...and you can never go without leaving your prints behind....

** True love hears what is not spoken, and understands what is not explained, for love doesn't work in the mouth, nor the mind, but in the heart...

** When you love, you must not accept anything in return, for if you do, you're not loving but investing.....

** Its better to lose your pride with someone you love rather than lose that someone you love with your useless pride.....

* Love is not emotional dependence *

The word ‘LOVE’ is perhaps one of the most casually used terms in the English language – so much so that it has become an universal term for a whole variety of very different emotions!

There is one thing we all agree on – like food, cloths and a roof, LOVE is also a necessity, and without it, the world is but a dry empty shell of a place.

Can we imagine a world without LOVE ? I think, not at all.

On the other hand, it is a word we very easily twist around to our own purposes to justify our emotional dependence on a person.

If we can learn to distinguish love from emotional dependence and put this distinction into practice, then we make life more beautiful not only for us, but for everyone we come into contact with.

"LOVE" is a beautiful word with a beautiful meaning. A word "UNCONDITIONAL" increases its beauty many folds.

Lets try and live our "LOVE" unconditionally........!

**Deciding Consciously**

our thoughts help us to take our decision and decisions only compel us to act in that direction..
All the three phases are equally important..

Jssst a few questions to ourselves can make a lot of difference to our decisions and actions we take regarding anything in our life..

** Shall i be taking the same decision if i would have been on other side of the story?
** living my decision whole heartedly and watching the comfortability of it with my very own conscious.
** M i feeling relaxed or comfortable with in my deep conscious?
** If no, can i justify my decision to my own self?
** if yes, proceed.

I m in good habit of performing this practice on my own self... so wanted to share with u all..

As a human, we can never be perfect, so we have to be ready for all the outcomes, whether they are positive or negative, they are ours.
we should welcome them  all in exactly the same manner....

simplicity

Confucius has well said "Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated".

The complexity of modern life only heightens the contrast between a path of simplicity and a path of complexity and clutter.
I am often drawn to a minimalist approach – this usually involves having a large scale clear out of all my clutter. I get great joy from giving unused things away.

But, if life is stressful and cluttered it is very worthwhile evaluating what we can do without.
The More We Possess the More We Have To Worry About..
The more we posses the more we worry about losing what we have. Letting go of unnecessary possessions gives a feeling of relief. Rather than seeing how many possessions we can accumulate, we should concentrate what all is important for us..
Many of us fear of being with themselves so we search for things which can distract us. we spend hours in front of the tv, gossiping on cellphones. We want something to distract us. Absence of these things make us feel uncomfortable.A life of simplicity enables us to be free of so many distractions and exterior pulls. It frees us to be able to know ourselves; it gives us freedom to concentrate on the important things in life. It gives us freedom to know the inner joyful nature of our being, our own self, our individuality.
As we know today these things are necessity, they should get their share of time in our lives as per need but,, yess they should not steal our very own time of ours as a human being....
a small increase in forwarding towards simplicity can bring us towards ourselves.....
